Beuld Wedding | Anja & Torsten

Some weddings just have an incredible atmosphere from the moment you arrive, and Anja & Torsten’s wedding at Beuld was one of them.

It wasn’t about having the biggest wedding or the most extravagant details. It was simply about celebrating with the people they love most, and you could feel that throughout the entire day.

From the morning preparations to the dance floor later that evening, there were smiles everywhere. Family catching up, friends laughing together, happy tears during the ceremony, and plenty of moments that happened naturally without anyone even noticing we were there.

That’s exactly why we love documentary wedding photography.

We don’t want our couples spending their day looking at a camera. We’d much rather they spend it laughing with friends, hugging family members, and enjoying every minute. Those are the memories that mean the most years later.

Beuld was the perfect setting for it all.

The venue has such a relaxed feel to it, and every part of the property photographs beautifully. Whether it was the ceremony, a quiet walk together after saying “I do”, or the celebrations later in the evening, there was never a shortage of beautiful backdrops.

One of our favourite parts of the day was sneaking away for ten minutes just before sunset.

Nothing over the top.

Just Anja and Torsten enjoying a few quiet moments together while the light was absolutely incredible.

Those few minutes often become some of our favourite photographs because couples finally get a chance to pause, take everything in and realise they’re actually married.

The rest of the evening was exactly what every wedding should be.

Good music.

Great food.

A packed dance floor.

And a room full of people genuinely happy to be there.
